Bathtime.

Bathtime is a special time in our house. It really is. It used to be a family affair. Not the kind like we all took a bath together...No, not that kind.  But one where Brian and I would both give Adelynn a bath. Lately, though, Brian has been working into the evenings and it's pretty rare that he's home for bathtime. And if he is, he's usually busy working in the yard or finishing up small projects around the house. So when he does get the chance to give her a bath, he usually jumps on it. We love the way she splashes around in the water, playing with her duck which she affectionately calls "quack, quack". It's quality time well spent, especially after long busy days.

And those eyelashes. I can't get enough....

And speaking of a bath, she got two yesterday....

  

 Thankfully, it wasn't hot tea. And she was kind of proud.
